While I may have done something similar as a starving student I cannot( willnot?) take the "credit" on this one.

Should put a wall plate over it to better intergrate the switch with the dash..  :)

Here's my "Fixed" from the Dec 2007 ice storm we had here. Problem was 1/2" of ice on the satellite transponder that was blocking the signal.

So you have your phone and net over satellite?

Heck no. Just Dishnet. I've got 4 more months on Sprint for cell service and use Ooma for VOIP. Ooma's the greatest deal out there for land line. Kept the same number I've had since 1985 too.
