Dave, I stocked up on those weird bolts from GM years ago. I have 4 extra I can give you.
Just do me a small favour & take 2 bottles of RMI 25 to Radius Kid at Wild Wing since I wont be there. E-mail me later.

With the F-body swaybar I would strongly recommend running studs out of the frame as I have pulled the threads out of the frame when drawing the stock brackets (and compressing the poly-u bushings) in on my MCSS while installing the 34mm F-body unit; I now have a few oversized SHCS in there.

When I do it over I will weld in the studs to facilitate an easier installation.

I bought a sway bar on TB.com - ordered the brackets, bushings and end link kits from Rock Auto.

Thanks for the offer Dave!!

What;s the advantage of a "lobular" bolt in that application?  So the sway bar doesn't fall off? If so, do I HAVE to have those fasteners or can I use some red Loctite?

I have the bigger hollow one everyone uses now but I never used one at all for many years since I have the big ATR out back. Now that its on I wouldnt take it off again.

Being a triangular shape that are also tapered, they tighten up really well. If you used a self tapping bolt with locktite it should work. Or add studs like Mike mentioned. Just make sure you arent using them to pull up the weight of the bar. Hold it in place with a floor jack & then tighten them. Otherwise you will strip the holes like I did years ago.
