No way. Tom Scholtz is a genius. I've used his products for years.
I still think he has one of the best stereo chorus effects ever made.  Go to the
mp3 player on this site. The Hogan's Heros cover was done using SRD components.
I don't use them as much as I used to, but they show up here and there in my music.
Theres quite a bit of SRD stuff in my newer recordings that I haven't released yet.

SRD = Scholtz Research and Development (aka: Rockman)
