It's a well known fact that an upside down air cleaner lid is worth 80 HP and 200 ft-lbs of torque. I'm a sucker for old checvy pick-ups. You should never pay more than $250 for them, though. How about a '89 4X4 full size Bronco to go with it? Best offer.

lmao. the truck in not a 4x4, and yes its a 3/4 ton. and it will tow like a dream, i hadda pull an 01 sierra outta the mudd afew days ago... he broke a rod after trying to become a submarine. and i also towed him to the nearest shop... bout 10 miles. no prob. but its a beast of a truck. motor needs to be replaced b4 any serious mudding but it runs for now. as for the gun rack... no need, i hunt with my bumper. u get more animals that way anyhow.

because the inverted air cleaner doesnt restrict the incoming air charge.  Everyone knows more air more power.  Its kinda like rice and stickers it just works.  Damn Robert just let the powers of the universe work like they are supposed to lol

My old 69 Nova SS had the 'ole upside down lid trick. Sounds cooler when the Rochester Quadrajet kicks in the secondaries. Upside down air cleaner and Cherry Bomb mufflers was all it took to go fast. I don't hink I ever did buy a chrome air cleaner for that thing. Now I'm getting all misty eyed. :sad;
