That would actually be cool. I had a buddy that lived on a house boat. It was pimped out inside including a hidden whirlpool in the floor. He's probably living on a dock in Jamaica nowadays.

I bought a crappy trailor yesterday. It's an office trailor so it's pretty much gutted out. I can build it like I want...shower, stove, fridge. Nothing nice or special but it's paid for. lol. When I paint the outside and put carpet in it'll be pretty good looking.

No pics, why? Cuz I forgot the camera. lol

I'd love to do that, but buildable land around here is $100k/acre. And zoning
laws are extremely prohibitive.

Well, I found a new lot thats about 225x225'. has all utilities too! Plus enterances from two different sides of the property. It's sweet! Owner financing also. Problem is that it's in a flood plane and the new guidelines says I have to jack it up 12ft in the air on a perminate foundation. Thats $10K. Forget that place...NOW I have about four choices for land. Lets see if one of these can work for me.

im starting to save NOW for a house in a couple years...  Have 5 grand and will need much much more for 20%.

Hoping all the dumbfucks that bought with interst onlu loans can make their payment for a little while longer. Then when i'm ready they crash.

350K minimun for a crappy neighborhood in the REAL OC

Insurance is significantly more if you live in a flood zone.
