Jermain Taylor fight
« on: December 12 2006, 02:02:17 PM »
Well i havent been on for a while(sorry guys i have been busy) and Robert said to get back on so here i am.  I went to the Jermain Taylor fight on Saturday night against Kassim Uman.  Was an awesome fight JT got cut in the 5th round from a headbutt and it bothered him for the rest of the fight.  He ended up winning the fight by decision but i thought he had the KO in the 1st man it was close.  Me and my wife went for $6.35.  yeah six dollars and thirty five cents.  We got the tickets on a military promotional deal.  The seats were $200 dollar seats.  We were close enough to the action that you could see sweat fly on the hard shots.  On the undercard Andrea Berto destroyed Migual Figaroa in 6 rounds the ref stopped it due to Figaroa not protecting him self.  well thatsabout it for the fight.  If you watched it on HBO did you see me?

I haven't even caught a UFC fight in years and I used to be really cool on that. *ANY* fight is good when you see it in person.

I have been following JTs carrer since he beat Bernard Hopkins for the middleweight title.  The best fight was actually the Berto fight.  Lots of hard hits in that one.

they might have something on there.  All i can say is if you have never gone to a live fight its way better then TV.  I was impressed.  When you hear some of the shots those guys take you wonder how the are still standing.
