Aerosmith / Motley Crue last night.

Last night went to see Aerosmith and Motley Crue at the Vomit Pavillion (you may remember the Vomit Man story from Ozzfest). MC was up first and pretty much terrible. Vince Neil's voice was drowned out by the band, in what I think aging bands do to cover for thier singers who have not taken care of their voices. As we all know, Tommy Lee is dumber than a bag of hammers, but this had to be the stupidest of all. Now mind you, MC is FROM Los Angeles, so in the middle of the show he proclaims "RIGHT ON SAN DIEGO!" San Diego? That is 200 miles to the South AND not his hometown.

Did not hear that Tom (the bassist) has cancer.  I saw them on the "Permanent Vacation" tour with Guns n' Posers, and I must say they put on a real good show.  I must say Joe Perry is looking better with age, I must say...then again you guys would not know anything about that.  Why am I not surprised with Tommy Lee.  I used to think he was a good drummer, but a dumb ass in iterviews. I dont know what has happened to him.
