True, the temps are finally dropping. Alot of work is true....I just wish Goodyear would stop calling him on the weekends so we can work on this. I told him today that we are going to be outside all day so if the phone rings, let the machine pick it up......

I am curious why you chose CMU walls as opposed to wood framed?

New updates available. Walls are framed and should be sheathed this week. It feels good to see some real progress on this project. At least I am not staring at a mud hole like I was all winter.
