Looking at tuning and ECU upgrades

Hey all. Me again. Lol

Looking into ECU upgrades. I want to be able to do my own tuning. These are a few available options out there. FAST, MS3 Pro, ecu-GN from turbotweak, etc... what is the best overall choice for my basically stock w alky and injectors GN? I guess price is always a factor but I will spend more to have the unit that works best. I would prefer to be able to use Bluetooth and tablet to log into it and make changes (on the fly if possible) and also be able to have it display real time data on screen with customizable guages like torque pro does in my Regal GS Supercharged.  Is there such a unit that will plug into the GN and somehow also then plug into my GS and tune it Also? I guess that would be tough to do as a stand alone ecu but is there such an option? Or would i be best buying one for this car and then another option for my ODB2 fleet? So guessing separate systems for each... what's my best bang for buck option? My future upgrades are going to be mild. Injectors, maybe just a newer gen turbo, and that's about it. Not gonna go crazy. Want to keep things mainly stockish on the GN. Thanks for the help so far... gonna do some cosmetic maintenance, little bit of drivetrain maintenance and tuning upgrades over the winter to be fresh for spring.

The best overall choice is to leave your stock computer in place.

Plenty of tuning in a tt chip and power logger. Get a wide band and make some hits to get logs and see where you are. Small changes. Pay attention to the weather. Know your track surface and not just the starting line.

Aftermarket ECU. You gotta be kidding me. I highly suggest you go to my Youtube channel and watch me annihilate anyone dumb enuf to pull up beside me...with my stock ECM and Erics chip. God forbid if I get back into these cars...cuz I'll lay the smackdown on roody poo candy ass twice as bad as I did before.

TT chip on default is all you need for your setup. If you must then get prepared for headgasket  blown threads and whats the best ones to buy.

Alrighty then. No aftetmarket ECU. I am just a techy type person and want to get into custom tuning..was kinda looking forward to this part most of all to be honest. But I guess the aftermarket ecu can wait. Geez there goes my fun. Lol. I do have one of his chips but need to get it reprogrammed for the setup I have now. I was actually most interested in his ecu-GN upgrade as I thought that it was the latest and greatest by the man himself. If I do decide that was my first choice. So I am just gonna do chip n injectors then. If I am gonna stay this way, what injectors should I do? I guess with the alky I don't need any more than the 40whatever pound ones Hey?

Injector size will depend if you're gonna go with E85, race gas or alky.

No e85 (none around) chevron 94 octane with alky. Rarely race gas.

Go with a set of 80's. Buy 'em once. I got stupid and went from stockers, 50's, 60's then 80's.

Ya. That is usually my Philosophy too. Buy em once. Ok. Looking into chip n injectors packages. I wonder if it would be better to send him back this chip I have which isnt doing me any good or just ordering a new one and selling this one to someone that may want it. It's for 36# 91-93 octane and I can't remember the timing numbers. Will go look and update.

Contact Eric about what to do with the current chip you have.

If your staying stocking 36lb injectors are great. Send them out for cleaning/flowing and don’t spend money you don’t need too.
Give us a run down on what you know has been done to the car. Some of the guys here have been around the block a few times and have went fast with stockish stuff.

Jeremy, he mentions race gas. 36's won't get it done. I was in the 90% IDC range with the 60's with race gas on the 6.7 run.

His first post says basically stock with alky and injectors. Sure the 36s are small for a 6262 with head work but they are enough for a stock turbo. Assume they are in good shape they should take him to 115mph in the 1/4 easily. If he wants to go faster the 80s for sure!
