Your idle tps is within the specified factory window show it should be fine.
Your wot tps is low. It is high enuf to allow Power Enrichment, however, so it should be allowing the ecm to give the proper fueling, but, it is not high enuf to allow the chip to be programmed if you want to change anything. Now you say that it seems okay? So let's get it sorted out. Be sure that the floor mat is not stopping it from going down all the way. Be sure the throttle valve cable is adjusted properly. If it is set too tight, then the throttle blade will not open all the way. Also be sure the accelerator pedal is not stretched so much that the throttle blade is not going to full wide open..or within a few degrees of that.
With the key on and the engine off, what does it show at wide open throttle?
Go thru this section for the tps setting

Now, do you have a 2 bar map sensor, or a three bar map sensor?
You are using a mechanical fuel pressure gauge or is it a digital sensor?
Is this the original factory maf replacement or is it is a translator set up with a modern maf?
