Intake gasket?
« on: July 26 2017, 11:20:23 AM »
I'm going to be putting together my motor soon.  What is the best intake gasket to use?  I always stick with the one piece but it's been a while, is there a preferred brand?

Get one for an earlier V6. It'll be cheaper and won't have the hole for the EGR port to pressurize the intake.

Thanks Earl. Bookmarked it. For shits and giggles I'm gonna price at the parts place here in town...let's see the difference. I'm gonna say triple.

Look that gasket up at advance, vatozone, and Amazon and see what it'll be shipped to Canadia.   With any luck you might find a link that hasn't learned what a PIA it is getting over the border.
