Anyone notice a consistent theme in "successful" resto shops ( Guild, Boyd etc) is that their human resources are mired in the era of the cars they restore, ie~ treat the workers like dirt?
I think Coddington was the worst - working on this project is a privilege, nevermind O.T. or weekends...
