Looks like it ought to be a lot of fun....most of the racing today seems to be too professional and too polished to really entertain me....

A lot of broken parts does not make you a racer; it makes you a slow learner.

I'm pretty sure, that is what street racing and grudge racing is about.

Note to any locals that want to race at this event. It's at Picton Airfield...and your racing on the original WW2 tarmac. The stone has risen to the surface...and is as abrasive as all hell. It literally shreds tires. My recommendation is to grab an old pair of 28x10.5 C or M MT slicks. They'll mount on the stock rim...and will clear the lip and frame with either an aluminum drum...or a cast iron drum with a thin spacer. 10 PSI works best. If you're making ANY horsepower...i t's nothing but a pedal fest. 120-122 is the max MPH...and you're outta room. There's a drone vid of me racing somewhere on here...and you'll see me make a hard left with the tires locking and smoke pouring off them. If you have a good lead...get outta the throttle. Makes no difference how much you win by.

Keep your ticket stub...as it's good for 10 percent off at the Kingston Princess Auto.

The Armdrop Gods were looking down on us today...as the weather was picture perfect. Made 2 runs...and the car ran nails.

Next Armdrop is June 24th.

Just watch your vid.  Looks like that arm drop gets a lot of participation.  As you were walking the line, there was a white/tan Regal and looked to have a fmic under the grill.  Did you get to see that car run?
