Got there and was first at the gate...but rained out shortly after unloading. Next up...this Friday at 5 pm. 57 for a high and 39 for a low.

Rained from noon till 5 yesterday...an d not a drop out my way since. Go figure.

Lite rain on the way down Friday nite...but waited it out in the comfort of Steves toy hauler. Temp was in the low 40's with a 10 mph wind. Unloaded and made a pedestrian pass to check for fuel pressure rising with boost and boost pressure. SM and PL looked fine. Bumped the low gear timing up and went out and flashed the convertor to 3175. Pounded it down the 1/8th on a clean pass.

Kudos to the people who sat in the stands and froze their asses off...and the car count was high for the shit conditions. The multi time Sportsman class bracket car was there practicing. He made 3 passes. 503, 507 and a 505 lite. If I have any hope of running with guys like this, then I'm gonna have to quicken up on the tree...or I'm gonna get my ass handed to me in short order. Next up...is May 12th.

Friday May 12th at SMP. 5:30 to 9:30 PM. Low gear 02's at 770...4 degrees extra low gear timing...22 PSI...and I'm gonna have some fun!
