Heh, I took 'em up the road to have 'em mounted (no cheesy jokes, please) and some other customer there asked me if they "actually go on a real car ". He said he had never seen or heard of DRs before.

I'm going to Sylvans house to steal them.

They're 16's, so you'll have to steal the wheels too. Better hurry, wheras
S6 hasn't been posting. I bet he's almost there by now.

Yeah....I need to get two more fronts so that I can quit running spacers up front. Spacers are such a headache- I had to replace a rotor on Sunday which is only the latest problem with those damn things.

I had a customer bring in a set of ET streets today for new valve stems.
He still had rubber stems, and the track requires metal ones.

How did the spacers damage the rotor ?

Well, there had been a couple of times that I had lug studs actually get sheared off. Pretty scary, one time I got home and saw that I had only one lug holding my wheel on. The way I remedied that was by taking a hammer to the tire iron and getting those SOBs tight as a mf'er. No problems with breaking lugs since. *BUT*, since they're on there so tight I had a lug nut turn the stud and strip out the hole in the rotor. Fortunately a new rotor at AutoZone was only $35 or so.

With all that spacer, I doubt it's perfect. I need two more fronts is the only solution.

I also have GTA rears in the front with a 7/16" spacer and have zero problems.  How thick is your spacer?  Did you put the longer studs in?

I really think two spacers is not a good idea.  You should not need to go thicker than 7/16".  I bought mine over the internet for like $8 ea.
