2016 at Maple Grove

I've decided to take one more shot at points racing at Maple Grove. I'm trying to run the car in "Street", which is an 11:50 and slower class, no roll bar needed. This car though loves to run 11.20's at 20psi. I was practicing different shift and launch points and got it to run high 11.4's, (2nd pass was 11.35). Tomorrow I'm going to cut back the boost in time trials. I swear I'm going to make this thing competitive in a season. This years my last shot, I'm getting too old,  next year Thomas gets it back!!!.

Thanks Charlie, I'm gonna need it. Never made a pass yesterday, the fuel pump took a crap on the way to the lanes. It seems they always go out with a full tank of gas.

Thanks Jason. So what's the best fuel pump to use. This pump was the Denso for the Supra twin turbo cars. One of the 1st things I did to this car 7 years ago.

what's wrong with the denso?  It is probably better quality than the chinese pumps

Nothing Steve, but this one is shot and was wondering if there is a better option. If I can still get another Denso, I'll use it. But the Denso's aren't a neat fit and my gas gauge doesn't work.

That DW pump is not German built but has some positive reviews.  I have a DW300 in the tank right now and have no plans on changing it out for the new setup unless it becomes warranted.  I did not have any issues with the stock return line either.  However, I did upgrade to the bigger braided lines a few months after the pump install

I have a kids version of the dw. A dw200, working well so far. You probably want the dw300 if you go that way. Buickgn.com is where I got mine.

Where did you find any thing stating the pump is built in Germany?
