Nothing wrong with the 255 size but you said it yourself, you aren't hooking any more. I think they are a great tire and are on my list of "one of these days" so i can go to the track. But I'm spinnin a stock turbo and only a few mods, you have clearly out grown them with a larger turbo, great new converter and alky to make wild power.

Wild power?  :O  that's stretch'n things a tad  :)  I'm far from creating any new waves

Jury's still out on this converter, seems to work well but like Brad said, need some real world data to convince me.

When you are DEEP in the twelves with elevens mph you are making power. Stock heads might be a cork but it doesn't take much to "massage" the bowls and see some flow. And bolting on proven aluminum heads with no work out does some of the worked heads. And it is a street car. With a sofa for a front seat. It is wild. And real nice looking from the pix I've seen.

Check this idiot.12.3 at 117...leaving from an idle...20 PSI...Erics chip on the default settings...haz ing the DR's...and rolling coal all the way down the track. I wonder if this guy could go 6.7 at 105 in the 1/8th if he dialed the tune in a bit. :)

That was the .030 over engine with the old SMC alky kit...so I'll say 3 years ago. Remember...you can't go fast with an AC convertor...or can ya'. :)

I had one and it was instant boost with the stock turbo. I just could not keep a trans functioning back then.

I need more seat time its tough with only a half a dozen passes a year :013: if only we had a track I can go race 400 ft every other weekend but its a 2 hour drive each way......
And its frightening in the left lane against the wall!

I'm in the exact same boat Larry 2 hrs to the track for me as well. I finally pony'd up for a car trailer, so I'll be getting a lot more seat time now.

Nice. What did you drop your coin on? Pix? Remember car trailers are like chainsaws, never loan it out, it never comes back like it was.

Came with winch and battery
I'll send you some "no so good" pics. I can't post them here. File is too big.

Looks pretty long if you turn a bit to the right.
