VH1 Behind The Music: Pantera

I saw this last night and it's awesome. Kinda creepy, though- I didn't know that there existed video of the Alrosa Villa incident.

....oh, and (as usual) Phil was acting like a cocky asshole the whole show.

I sat through a little bit of the Ratt one just waiting for Pantera.....Ra tt's story is just as limp as I would have guessed.

I saw Ratt countless times. I liked them a lot, but they are one of the hair bands who's music did not stand the test of time.

Their 1984 album Out of the Cellar was one of the first ones I bought.

There are only 2 Pantera LPs I like (Vulgar Display of Power & Far Beyond Driven) , the rest just sound...blech.

And I never knew Pantera was once a glam rock band.

Pantera started off in Hair Metal and "Evolved" !  :supz:
I saw Ratt in 1984, and they weren't bad then.

They were pretty much done by then, but in their hey day they put on a kick ass show.

Reminds me of some guys that lived down the street when I was a kid. They were dorky burnouts who loved Ratt.
