Always fun to make a see some results

True.  But, I wasn't aiming for 11psi and nearly 100% duty cycle.  This is a bit on the ragged edge for a 10.9:1 engine; 40% ethanol or not.

I rescaled the MAF last night and richened up the Power Enrichment table in the higher RPMs; I will re-jet the propane to get more fuel flow (pretty sure it has a small jet in it right now?).

I should add (because it increases the relative size of e-Penis (at least in my own mind)) that the rough horsepower calculation based on airflow is in the 610-650 bhp (crank) range.  It sure felt strong - talk about a pucker factor of 10.

The propane was only running a #29 jet, it now has a #52 jet.

Goes to show my ignorance. I looked at your log and only saw the KR. It's going to be a really steep learning curve when I finally go to an SD chip

Looks fun.

Technically I have.  My current OS has done away with the Virtual Volumetric Efficiency algorithm, and now runs a standard 2 bar VE table.  I have, for no real good reason other than previously invested effort in educating myself on tuning a MAF, chosen to continue to play with a blended system.  I am a self-hating masochist.

Picked up some truck bed coating (thank goodness for non-waterbased paint) and LED lights.  So damn wet - it wouldn't stop raining today so I couldn't paint and rewire the trailer.  I will be placing and order for materials to build a cap for it this week.

Since I was stuck inside all day I started building an intercooler scoop to keep the IATs in check... used 1/8" aluminum stock.  There will still be ~6" of ground clearance, which drops to 4" with the drag radials mounted.

There is always a good chance one of my kids is standing at the backdoor wondering what I am up to in the garage... not a good idea to expose them to those types of hand gestures.

Almost done.  I just need to get a pair of 1" thick, 1" diameter slugs/spacers cut to replace the dinky things currently holding it together.  Chopped up an old trunk seal (I think that is what it was) to seal the scoop to the intercooler; I really enjoy being resourceful versus throwing money at parts.

Final ground clearance is 5".

I am going to put in a pair of air distribution vanes to get better coverage over the surface area of the intercooler (dividing it into thirds)  Will be able to get by with 1/16" sheet.

Mike I was going to do something like that but more for strength with some bolts, shims etc. Over the years with bumps & scratches I find when I put on the AC maybe 1-10 times it will vibrate making a noise that doesn't sound very nice. Sorta like a tin can full of nuts & bolts shaking around down there,
I think the aluminum just isn't as strong as it used to be on the bottom side. Had it 10+ years.
