I have to laugh at this and give myself the Dumb Ass award for this.
After all this going over log files, and much resetting of my Tpro, I found the problem... I had a blown up a turbo to "y" wastgate hose!!! I was going to pull my narrow band O2 sensor to exchange it with another, and while I had my hands under the turbo I felt this piece of lone hose
? WTF ( Yeah old hose.
) Replaced the hose and all is good. Sure explains the wild boost spikes as well. Oh well, I will now have a spare wideband O2 sensor on the way, I ordered a few days ago.

Glad you found it! Now you can stop wondering WTF is wrong & best part it was a cheap fix. We have all chased a Gremlin like this one, so we can all feel the Craziness you went thru!

Thanks David, me too! Yeah I guess I have been pretty lucky over the years only having a few gremlins to battle. Sometimes I just don't feel like I want to wrench on the car for a while, and just drive it! LOL
