New Tow Vehicle
« on: October 29 2015, 06:29:14 PM »
Here it is. I pick it up Monday afternoon. 2010 GMC 2500 HD. When I get the 2004 2500 out of the bodyshop I am gonna use it as my daily driver...and the 2010 strictly as my tow vehicle.

It has the 360 HP V8 gas engine with the 6 speed automatic. Loaded with every option going and leather interior. Not sure of the rear axle ratio...but it was revving at 1800 RPM at 60 MPH.

Nice truck!  You should have got a Duramax.  I'm interested in the new Colorado Diesel, waiting for it to hit the market.

The 6.0 in my 2004 pulled my trailer with the GN in it with ease. There's no trucks on the lots here. With the American greenback at 1.38...the trucks are all shipped off to the States. I was lucky to get this one...and I moved on it quick.

That is true!  No doubt the 6.0 is capable, it would just be cheaper on fuel with the diesel although more expensive to buy.
