Every conversation I have with Mike and Steve grows my respect for this vendor
They don't slag anyone, are very solid technically- definitely banner worthy.

Looks pretty cool simpler version of the Genll translator I like Erics products would not be afraid of giving it a go if I wasn't running a Genll he has really good support.

Best thing about Eric is that he can write instructions that even Aggies like me can understand

hmmm... I was considering going to something simpler anyhow... and I need a get a translator anyhow. If it has WB02 correction this might be right up my alley.

I'll be reading up on this...

There is a whole bunch of guys -me included who shouldn't have a maft pro given our usage/"dedication". The whole pedal stomp settings lost when power removed is nuts to me. Axis sounds like the ticket.

I'm interested in the Bob-Eric conversation:
E > I think we need something like "this....."
B> Go ahead, I never want to see another translator as long as I live....

And I can set the fueling/timing up faster in my car than you can gorp down a Timbit. :) Any idea how many times Dan has walked up to me in the staging lanes and I've asked him to wait a second to foot stomp a 'change'...and then carry on with our conversation. If you saw how fast I set the boost/fueling/timing from the default settings for the weather condition for that day on my car...it would scare the crap outta ya'.  :)

Changes are now done through the Powerlogger... easy.

When I start to demod the Buick the MAFT Pro is going to become a boost controller in the TBSS; because that is about all it is good for.  If I could get it to trigger a scaled/progressive output for supplemental fuel injection it would be even less useless.

Mike...could you not use the Maftpro in the wagon...or do you have different plans for the fuel management system.

Nah. I have HP Tuners Pro for our LS-powered rides; it is much more powerful and expandable.  I can tune everything from shift points and line pressure in the trans, to MAF scaling and VE in the engine, to coil dwell/saturation and timing in the ignition.  So I am just running the stock '02 F-body ECM.

Just ordered the Axis/Chip combo and some flow matched 60's from TT. For us less tech savy owners I think it's a good way to learn about tuning. I'm looking at RJC for the motor brace, biggie oil filter adapter and power plate. If you have used these I would like your opinion while I restock my war chest.  I'll let you know how the TT upgrades works out.
