Mad it it out to little River last night to watch my old white T and the burgundy limited that I worked on make a few passes.  Even ran GG once down the track.

White T with its new 6262 and slicks made a new best of 7.32 at 96.
Burgundy limited ran a 1.72 60 ft at 8.4 and I don't remember the mph
GG ran a 8.20 with a 1.70 60 ft.  Still running the 42# injectors at 18# boost

All in, it was a good night and a good start with GG.

Installed the brand new second hand alky kit that I picked up from Lance at little river last weekend.
I didn't realize how far off the voltage was coming from the dash to the map sensor.  5.20 was going in and 2.18 coming out of the gray wire.  I followed Steve's how to section with the 3 bar map sensor install and ended up with 4.99 going in and 1.6 going out.  No need to run any additional wires that way.  Gatesville is about 900 feet above sea level.
Hopefully I'll get the 60# injectors in this evening.  I need to go get some meth too.  Maybe do that Friday or Saturday.  Wife, kids and in-laws are headed to New Mexico this Thursday for her dad's side of the family's reunion.  I ain't gonna miss that.... Anyway, I'll have the house and all the animals to myself so I'm not sure how much I'll get done this weekend

Put the 60's in this evening along with the alky chip that I got from Brad. Just need to pick up some meth and I'll do that Friday evening.  New o-rings and packed with Vaseline. Went for a short drive around town and BLM's settled on 130 with O2's at 784 at idle in gear. I'll take that

Do I see an RJC race pulley? And bump the low gear timing to 129 on the alky chip. If you're pocketbook can afford it...get a hotwire injector kit from Caspers. Important that the injectors get a strong/clean signal. That injector harness is prolly original.

Your vision does not fail you.  Yes that is an rjc race pulley.  I have quite a bit of cool guy stuff just waiting for, I don't know just waiting.  I'll check on the caspers site for the harness and hot wire kit.

I'm headed to El Paso for work next week so I'll have a few extra dollars in the bank when I get back

Get that stock boat anchor off the front of the engine when you get the time. I have a few of Jasons pulleys on my car. :)

That particular pulley does not have the provisions for a stock inter cooler fan.  I would already have installed it if I had a front mount.

That fan is useless... dump it, and use nothing or an electric fan or spray water on it or rub a dead cat on it or... well anything else really.

Give it to the kids next door as a Frisbee...cuz that's all it's good for. Remember Oddjob from the James Bond movie...he went around killing people with his hat. When he ran out of hats he used IC fans. :)
