its painfully obvious some of you are so biased, and just plain jealous of  Gbody,
that is your option, but to promote this in a public forum, isn't  the smartest thing to do.
we all have opinions, and "freedom of speech" allows all of us to voice that opinion. (to a point)
I'm just glad I don't have to be around you. as it must be pretty miserable!
I've stated my experiences with G Body (all good)  but some of you just will not let it go!
your actions here pretty much shows your mentality, and mind set.

Who are you, and who let you in here?  Clearly you don't belong... so why troll?

If it's the same person with that screen name, he's been trollin turbo Buick sites for quite some time. I believe there are vendors that have fired him as a customer. But I could be mistaken, I have been before.

The hardest part about joining new forums is figuring out who knows their shit and who talks shit, and who is their version of broke1.

wrong answer,
I have an excellent business relationship with ALL turbo buick vendors.
been around a long time, and do not know any more than the next guy, (actually registered long before any of you did!)
but ...... I do not accept BS,lies, accusations, by  people who sometimes cannot find their ass with either hand.
if you know the FACTS  about gbody,  then you know the accuser could be in error, and was instigated  by someone who DID have a grudge with G Body.
I read alot, and try NOT to stir the pot, unless its burning.

Curiously Cruizin Lee, most of your periodic posts seem fairly critical themselves.

Yes, 'Six and Wendy have both directly had strong negative interactions with Weev and their reactions appropriately reflect that.

Consuming adult beverages with the Weev is a relatively pleasant experience, and historically the few transactions I've executed betwixt us have concluded positively.

However-
Anyone who chose to contribute to Wendy's recovery fund is likely to keep in mind why such contributions were even remotely necessary and be governed accordingly.

this fire has been smokin' for about 15 years.

I would be very surprised if the current accusations lead to anything as these he said/she said cases are difficult to pursue.  In fact, I really wonder upon what basis the police decided to file charges if there is nothing to it other than a personal grudge.

At this point in time, it would not influence my decision as to whether or not to spend my money there.  That decision was made years ago.

When a shop owner burns a customers car while welding on it in his shop, what could possibly be the customer's fault? :rolleyes;

Not sure.  Your situation never got the attention that the ZL1 or the recent Subaru fiascos have gotten.  But I imagine it's all centered around insurance and what they will and/or will not cover.

Just from what I've read about your case a couple of things come to mind.

One, OSHA requirements for hot work are pretty clear regarding the requirements for performing hot work (welding, cutting, grinding, brazing, soldering, etc.) within 35 feet of combustible material, as well as the requirement for a fire watch with a fire watch having to remain in the area for up to 30 minutes after work has been completed to monitor for fires.

Two, you probably shouldn't have been in the shop to begin with.  I imagine their insurance probably says no customers in the shop where work is being done...but I could be wrong.

Insurance?  Did anyone ever talk to an insurance company to be sure one existed?

Insurance, osha, funny when those terms are thrown around.

Assumptions sure get people into trouble.
