Well, who knows.  He was charged, but not convicted...un less you count the court of public opinion.  I have my opinions and it's really hard to trust the stuff that comes from them as I've had to either return or toss out things that I've purchased.  I know I'm not the only one who has had their tubular uppers and lowers fail, and that exhaust hanger they sent me was laughable at best (it wasn't rubber...that was freaking silly putty).

A cursory Google search will show MULTIPLE threads. mentions and accounts of issues with him, and his super shady business practices screwing many G-Body peeps out of $$ and what they paid for.

Sadly, I am NOT Clay's bitch (Yet), so I haven't had a chance to enjoy his tools. (Sadly)
Clay's situation is one of his worst transgressions, but by far not the worst, or the only.
