Thanks!! Plan on getting some nittos next spring. How much boost can a guy typically leave with on those. I understand track prep is a factor but just wondered. On these I was usually leaving on 5-6 lbs.
87 GN, K&N cold air, gutted cat, TT 5.7 chip, AFPR, 340 Walbro w/ hotwire, 60 LBS injectors, 981 valve springs, 206/206 Cam, RJC Powerplate, LS1 MAF & translator, Vacuum brakes, Hellwig rear sway bar, Energy suspension poly bushings, Razors Alky, Pypes exhaust, 5931 turbo, CK9.5 converter

Skip the nittos and go for some MT Drag Radials - leave @ 10-15psi off the ebrake

That alone will get you close to an 11.99 if not a little quicker

I don't know about the ebrake, that could tear your backing plate out.

Line lock. You can leave with lots more RPM. One on my car is so simple...even a cave man can hook it up.

Here's a couple of pics I just took. Unscrew the line from the MC and screw it into the roll control...and install the other line Jack sends. Wire it...and you're good to go.

Yes...that's a fire extinguisher.. .and it fits tightly between the seat and the console. I've seen way too many guys stop haifway down the track...or at the turnoff road...and stand there and watch their pride and joy burn to the ground.

Note the hotwire kit...think the one in the pic is for the pump...and I have the other from Jack at Racetronix for the injectors...an d Caspers V plus volt booster. Guys, I can't stress enuf how important it is that you supply these engines with the fuel pressure/volume they require. You wouldn't believe the PL files I look at where the voltage is in the 12's...and the guy is wondering why he's seeing KR...or why he tossed a set of head gaskets.

your power steering bracket needs to be bead blasted and repainted.  Its got some corrosion on it.   :icon_lol:    lol.
Everythings lookin pretty good!  I like the brake line formed nice and neat and not the stocker just twisted around to fit
