I've spent all day trying to get this th400 to quit puking all over my floor. The o-ring on the transbrake solenoid had dried up and would leak after you shut the car off. Then the $45 th400 pan gasket -Moroso perma dry or whatever they call it, split on the inside and would slowly leak. It went back together with cork/paper/fiber and rtv. So far I've done a handful of transbrake/2step tests and I don't have a puddle under it. Yeah, this converter will go 5200rpm if you forget to enable the 2step!
I'm waiting on 2 Deutsch DTP connectors for my fuel pumps. I'm done with the metripack 280 connector on it. Currently, there is no easy way to change which pump is primary/secondary so I'm fixing it.
I also stuck a 160 thermostat in it as it runs hotter than I'd like in 90F+ and now it'll idle around 190-195 with one fan and the other with pull it sub 180F. I'd be lucky to hold 210-220F before with both fans.
