Survey came back I’m an inch and a half short of being able to build 32’ wide. I’m waiting for the builder to call back. Looks like a 30’x40’x12’ is what I’m going to end up with.

Jeremy...call your builder. Cuz of the virus hoax pressure treated lumber and vinyl siding is in short supply up here. We got enuf pressure treated to do mine...but the vinyl siding is 4-6 weeks off.  Boys just finished off the trusses...and the sheathing will be done today including the roof. Hoping to get the shingles on tomorrow...but thunderstorms are in the forecast. I'm working on the vids.

Brad,

Don't bother with shingles, do it once and be done, go with steel.  I have steel on my house and on my garage at home.  In the next couple years I will be doing steel on my garage at the cottage, never an issue again.

It is well worth the additional money over asphalt shingles.

Take care,

Has your neighbor noticed where the property line is? Maybe you should put out some orange cones?

Looks nice!

No Steve - Dick has been at his lake house and hasn't been around, I'm sure once he figures out what's going on he will be a big pain in my ass.
What do you want to see Brad - nothing has happened yet.

Neighbours have been great with the build going on here. A few of them have been in the vids. If your neighbour says anything...tel l him to shut the fuck up and go kill himself.

Trying to keep the peace until the garage is done. After that, I'm looking for creative ways to make a couple of shrubs disappear. They are way too big and make a curve completely blind due to placement. I'm wondering if I can get big enough fireballs out the downpipe on the 2-step to torch them.
Honestly officer I was just driving by and it started missing all of the sudden!

Call the town and tell them about the blind spot. They should send someone out and cut them back or remove them altogether.

I've tried and other neighbors have tried - the county won't touch them. Basically they don't want to deal with him!

My builder said the end of November before he can even start. I called around and that's about everyone else's timeline. I'll get another quote but it might be spring before they get started :(
