not much forward - just looking to move it 1/2" or so to the rear.

My bad. I misunderstood. Thought you needed to move forward

Suspension is my downfall...and I need to learn it. Steve posted a link for a book. Gonna get it this winter...and will prolly have plenty of questions.

Better get it while you can. Prices have gone up considerably since I bought it.

Having adjustment is nice - making it work is the key. I have mine down pretty good, I might have to start slipping the clutch again to get better 60fts - who knows try try and try again until it works!

Ugh - as I figured, to get the clearance I want in the front I'll have to do some more work to the rear bumper cover and possibly some minor revisions to the sheet metal under the cover to allow it to come back.

I'm going to take a break and decide what the next step is.

A lot of broken parts does not make you a racer; it makes you a slow learner.

Got one side the way I want it - on to the passenger side. Ended up being 1/4" back from stock and some more hammering. Everything passes the finger test
