Took the car out to play again today. High 11.8@118 running it out the back door with a 1.8 60ft. Nothing special - just had some fun.

That car is a lot of fun!  Glad to see some don't always follow the easy prescription for success!

Thanks Steve. I tried making 3 runs with the bottle and they didn't turn out so well - I was trying for 100 in the 1/8th in street trim. Didn't happen but I had fun

Looking at the ET I kinda figured it got it's act together in the back half. Nice work. :)

Brad on slicks it backhalf's 28-29mph. On the bottle it's 30-32mph. Gotta love the aero of a 4th gen.

Logs show that the map never gets above 95kpa. It needs to breathe better.

My buddy Mike with the 2002 Camaro went 9.2...and the trans let go. Time to get your little guy into a junior dragster. :)

Brad, maybe the body shop needs to do a transplant on your car....bring it back as a 4th gen.  Me, I would put a thunderchicken on the hood!

I've thought about the chicken on the hood. It's a little "loud" for my taste.

My wife and I are going to a burn survivors conference next week.  Should be a good experience. My doctors are working on a referral to Mayo clinic. I'm tired of the pain. Between cannabis, percocet, and neurotin you'd think I could keep it under control. Hoping there are other options other than methadone :(

The whole mystique of these cars is the 231 under the hood...and I wouldn't change that for the world. The look on the guys faces with the big tire cars and the late model v8 domestics when I put them on the trailer...is priceless. Jeremy...hang in there. There's advancements in the medical world every day.

My brother took his Mustang out yesterday for the last TNT of the year. I went 13.2@107. He had 60ft issues the clutches in his posi were not cooperating. Not bad for a junkyard engine. Once we actually tune the damn thing it should run a little better.
