The builder came out and looked at the site prep and had some concerns, but they are all fixable and we have time. Thankfully we need to add not take away.

Spent all weekend doing maintenance on the daily drivers.
2018 Honda CRV got an oil change, air filter and cabin air filter. 11,000 miles on the clock
2006 Honda Civic got an oil change, trans fluid change, coolant drain and re-fill, new spark plugs, air filter, and cabin air filter. 101k on the clock. The civic is due for a valve lash check/adjustment - but it's so damn quiet I really don't want to mess with it right now.
Honda is proud of their coolant at $25 a gallon, but the 101k mile stuff that came out was barely darker than the new stuff.
The CRV is due for a tire rotation - I'm going to try and get that done this week too.

Jeremy, looking good. Thoughts for you to consider on the work area sketch. Is the concrete floor level or will it be on a slight grade?  May want to raise the bottom shelving off the concrete to allow you to make it level and also allow room for your toes while using the 2nd level, or just to allow for sweeping/vacuuming the floor.

If you want want it on the floor you may not need all those cross-joists - maybe one in the middle going opposite direction to save on wood costs.  Anyway, Like said by others, build it the way you want it and build it to last.

Concrete should be level. I was considering moving the kickboards to the back of the 4x4s, for some toe space. Thanks for the ideas!

Brad the only stuff I have is what I've drawn.
