Thanks Mike!

The numbers at .050 are close, but that's just one data point on the lobe. I guess I could look up the comp lobes if they aren't secret squirrel shit.

I’m working on a deal swapping my fast intake for a l33. L33 is the aluminum high output 5.3, it’s has the better rods, 24x crank reluctor and 1x cam so it’s a plug and play swap “race engine” as some of the ls guys call it. 800rwhp is not uncommon for these short blocks. Fingers crossed.

Not many updates. Back is coming around with therapy. Last week I stepped down my fentanyl dose, withdrawl sucks!

Got the rest of the parts for the fuel system. I was supposed to pick a L33 shortblock yesterday, but things came up - maybe next weekend.

Got one hose end put together, feels like someone kicked me between the shoulders. Guess it’s not time to go get the car yet.

Drove to Grand Rapids today to swap for the aluminum 5.3. It’s nice, a little carbon on the pistons, still has a nice cross hatch, no ridge at the top of the cylinders, and the front cam bearing isn’t trashed.

I was a little nervous about putting it in the crv but a tarp and cardboard contained the mess.

The guy I got it from had a nice 300zx with ls t56 swap.

I’m 99% sure my boost controller is Arduino powered as well. So if I get bored I might be able to combine the units and add other inputs.
I missed this earlier. What "brand" of boost controller do you use?
