Can you adjust the suspension to increase the weight transfer on the leave?

I can but it's already yanking the fronts 3-6" and carrying them out a little bit. I can start playing with a small timing retard on hit, it might be enough for it to plant the tire on a harder launch.

Yep...scratch that one...sounds like the only game in town is to dampen the boost curve initially

Yeah - I think I’m good on the 60ft just need to start rolling some boost in this thing!

Sounds like your timing idea would make balance out the power vs boost increase down low and let it ramp up some more further up the rpm curve...

Just running the numbers I'd need almost 200 more horsepower at the wheels to go 8s.
I'm thinking 18-20psi is all this turbo will do on this engine, so let's just say I have 5 psi left for easy math.
5 psi - 20hp/psi = 100hp
5 psi - 25hp/psi = 125hp
I think it's gonna end up in the 9.3-9.5 range 143-145mph with this turbo full tilt. Provided I don't run into other issues first. At some point, I'll probably be flowing more air than the cheap intercooler can flow too.

Well let’s just aay the L33 5.3 I have sitting in the corner for it will hold enough to go 8s - everyone tells me I’m on borrowed time with the LS1. Cylinder liners are supposed to be thin and it’s got the early rods in it.
The smart thing would be to swap engines when I upgrade injectors

Thin cylinders. I went into the water jackets on 3 different cylinders in that .030 over block and had to toss it the 3rd time cuz it cracked right up to the deck.

From what I'm seeing the market is flooded with Chinese knock-offs - and those make some really nice bombs out of good engines!
Hopefully, the only booms will be happening in the cylinder after they are installed!

These showed up today - finally. They've been 20 miles from here for 10 days waiting for customs to clear them.
