Are you getting a MAF signal to the ECM?  Mine did the same thing one time.  Start up and then immediately quit.  I found that I had forgot to reconnect the translator

Fires up & shuts down. Do you have a fuel pressure guage?

thanks for the tips fellows
turned out to be a large vac leak....
my helper tried to reuse the plenum gasket that was broken an failed to tell me how he overtightened the bolts.
long story short   its runs aren't kids great
