« on: August 24 2014, 10:54:22 AM »
I want my power logger screen display on my new laptop to be a little bigger to match my screen size.

I think they were hard coded. IIRC Bob has done some special resized versions, ask him.

You could go to a non native screen resolution and see how fuzzy it becomes, its a tradeoff. I miss CRTs.

I have one of the first batch of PL's that came out...and it's slightly larger than the screen. I put the gauge panel up...and hit monitor to "see" it working.

try changing the screen size ,  otherwise drop turbobob a message , he had altered a version for smaller netbooks so the screen fit as it was too large

I tried the screen resolution thing on my new hp laptop and that didn't work.
in the meantime, I have other issues.  does anybody have a link to the latest drivers that will work for windows 8.1?  I have just done the advanced startup thing that disables the "driver signature enforcement".

I was not able to connect to my gn the other day with my new laptop as it kept giving me a com port error.  I have been able figure it out with older operating systems, but windows 8.1 is new to me.
thanks to all of you for replys

I recommend killing 8.1 with fire and ''downgrading'' to something better.

Try another com port. Mine pulls the same stunt...as well as a couple of other guys that have PL up here.
