can somone make heads or tails of this kit? i dunno what it is/ what all the balancing stuff is. i just see an empty wallet and massive drooling if i get it.

Dude, shop around. Those kits are really expensive, especially
for your needs. I purchased my entire rotating assembly for
less than that with a BHJ balancer and a TA Perf. flexplate.
A stroker crank was about another $60. I really don't see a need for them in
a turbocharged application. If you look into it a bit, you'll see that many of
Duttweiller's  faster V6's are only 210cid. Like the one in John Galina's car for example. I think Tweaked had one too, but don't hold me to that.
