Pass side mirror glass is loose??

Its a remote mirror...but loose.   Is there a way to tighten?

Stretch the coils out with two pair of pliers. then lace safety wire in the gaps.

The outer sheath(s) is a coiled wire ( three actually), stretching the coils tightens everything.
Sometimes just adding wiggles helps with friction.

where do I access this?  I the remote end of the cable?
