Get used to it. He's a horrible business man, and without the protection he gets on TB.com from being a paying vendor, he wouldn't be around anymore.

I would contact my credit card company and dispute the charge NOW.

During my recent spending spree I specifically avoided buying from them despite the fact they had things I wanted.  Yup, they have a reputation.

I need to order some T-Top stuff that i think he only has. might have to hire a local member to pick the stuff up then ship it out to me.
Is he close to I95?

I once waited over six months for a power-coated turbo heat shield.  He lost my heat shield that had been cut out for an external waste gate and finally sent me another one that I could not even use since it would not fit.  That was about 6 or 7 years ago and I never used him again for anything.

Check with Goodmark, or Mike's Montes
http://www.mikesmontes.com/

I believe they have the same T-Top repair panels, seals, etc.

There's ALWAYS someone else selling something.

Of the huge amount of $$$ i have dropped on Buick parts - not ONE DIME Was spent with him. I even avoid used parts that were originally sold by him.
