No reason for the flame suits. I just can't se anyone here flaming you guys for what YOU like.
LOL, well the music debates can get a little heated and I'm as guilty of that as anyone. I hate Floyd's 'era', I hate thier stereotypical 'demographic', etc. etc., but I really think that they are amazing and can't be held responsible if an army of potheads and the like happen to be fans. The funny thing is, I almost never listen to Floyd, but whenever I do I'm amazed.

Neil Peart has a DVD out called "A Work in Progress". My drummer
had bought it, put it in, and we watched the entire thing ! Its like
3 1/2 hours long, and its phenominal.  Even if you don't play drums
you'll want to after watching it. He explains at length his insight into
drums and life. He literally micro manages every aspect of his playing.
Its truely inspirational !

No way dude, Lenz shop is packed with GN's. Three in the lot, a low mile TTA VERY nice too. Not to mention one on the lift, one in the garage, and even a transplant.

I just see this board more as a bunch of guys with a lot more in common than just an aging POS that is more trouble than it's worth to keep running and for that reason there would be no flames. Maybe some good natured ribbing.

As for the Floyd, I don't know why, but I just never got into them. Perhaps it's my bad hearing also other bands that I have never 'understood' would be, but not limited to, Rush and the Rolling Stones.

 :supz:
2008 Charger SRT-8
2009 Challenger R/T
any questions?

quote]

The song that left a profound impression on me from that album had a weird name
something like: "Several species of small animals in a cave grooving with
a pict"  That was the song title !
