The maf should be reading something with the key on, engine off-think 3 is the normal number

O2s look low but that is probably because the sensor is not as hot as it would be if the car has been driven.  I would start by trying to get the maf to read

In theory, nothing is wrong with your car, then!  It must have hellacious vacuum if it drops from 42 to 32 when you plug the hose in....that seems a bit much, but?  Okay, what does the fuel pressure do when you open the throttle?

the fuel press doesn't change
weather its a lil opened or wide open  just have to move it slowly or it stalls

It really should not...

but for sure, it drops ten psi when you connect the hose?

have you tried spraying all the metal lines and hoses with an unlit propane torch or carb cleaner to see if the idle changes suddenly?

that should not be necessary, but be sure the hoses are all tight and that the hose or pipe from the maf to the turbo inlet is not pulling away from the turbo when you give it a little gas.  Twice I have seen cars that this was a problem on and the car would fall on its face when the gas was touched....the y don't run right with unmetered air going into the engine...

Of course, I have also seen a leak around the egr base do the same thing...:D

the fuel pressure rises   exactly 8 lbs when line removed  amazing what happens when ya switch gauges
so on to the response problem
what I did was put the mass air on the throttle body itself to eliminate the intercool an piping
an what do you know runs like a champ
so I guess its time to  look at the clamps pipes an intercooler
