I have one.  It works well and very repeatable.  It has a nice max boost recall to see what the peak was.

I would like to have solid, repeatable boost levels.. Price is 1/2 what I see out there.

My boost levels on my cars do exactly the same every time with homemade grainger valve mbc's.  The factory solenoid provided solid boost control.

I have seen more problems with aftermarket wastegates than the factory, but ymmv

I would assume you have PowerLogger on your cars but if not, that would be the much better investment.

Yep - PL and Scanmaster will be installed.

I would like cabin control, and not have to use a compressor valve to do it.

I guess if you want to retune the car ever time you change the boost, that is okay.  Might work better with a closed loop wb, but I won't go that route again on a street car.

I am too lazy, I set the boost and leave it there....been years since I moved it off 26 psi on either car.  I never had the performance I wanted out of the regulator valve styles altho others said they worked well for them.  I could seldom make it hit the boost I wanted but rather jumped all round on both sides of my target

One of the benefits of the GReddy is the ability to adjust the gain so that you can control how quickly the boost comes on.   I tried a variety of manual boost controllers, and in the end, like this one the best.  Of course it is also the one of the most expensive options.

Of course, if you try to change the boost from 20-25, the A/F programmed into the chip will be wrong for one, or the other...

Exactly.  You don't want to change the boost different than what the chip is designed for.
