Congratulation s on your first....    :P   :cool;
I would have rather donated to find out the whole truth,  but at least the little bit I did send will help get the car rolling quicker than mine.   :icon_eyes:
One thing I did learn from a quick google search on welding and grinding, is that the Fire Marshall really is an idiot.   :068:

Anytime Clay wants to bump it he can, and believe me, this has hurt Brain's sales. He hasn't quite grasped what this is going to do to him for the next few years. :O  A link has been posted orver at V8 Buick now so the word is spreading so I'm sure it will spread even further and kill more of Brain's sales. If it kills 50% of his sales he's the only one to blame at this point.

Charlie you are unreal thats the one and only positive thing that Steve said towards me and you want to take the credit as if he said that to you. You are not a nice Charlie.
Most talk about having thick skin but thats just BS.
This damn attitude of "you didn't listen to us/me now you should burn in hell for it" really sucks.

After reading this stuff I would never give Brian an order again.
He needs to get this handled properly but it shows what kind of person he really is if it takes this much Bad Press to make him do the right thing!
Never should have got this far!!  :013:

He could be much more successful if he quit drinking, and hired a business partner that he treated with respect, and let them handle the "businessy" stuff - he should stick to welding in T-Top panels.

The thread is closed until I or Brian has something to add.  I'm the last to respond between us last I checked so it is his turn to contribute.  I have no problem with it being handled that way.  I have a link in my sig for easy access for all who wish to read it.  Will Brian respond again?

This whole mess has been a really dark cloud to show up on the Turbo Buick community. Probably the reason I came running back over here to the lighter side of things.  I'm glad to see everybody is chipping in to get a bucket for Clay. I offered mine up but it needs a lot of body work. I told this story to non car people and they were going nuts especially with the whole idea of letting a customer work in the owners facility. The whole idea of law suits that could have been brought up. From a business prospective he could have easily lost his insurance coverage for his business. My wife had a intoxicated migrant worker saw his arm at the farm where she works the insurance co dropped them instantly. I'm glad that nobody got hurt during the fire car can be replaced. There is a line that you need to walk when you run a business once you step over to the other side of said line nothing ever will be the same. In my field I usually see them filling for chp11 Bankruptcy at the end of that line.
I don't care What Congress does as long as they don't do it on the streets and scare the kids!!
