Based on Nick Micale's comments he can go fuck himself.  I would never consider to do business with him.  What a POS!

Had to go the whole back to page 2 to see who you were even talking about. As the World Turns. The thing about this whole thing, if Brian's insurance company sees that a customer was helping and in the work area they are not gonna give one of these: :D . But they will give one of these: :O and I hope Clay can have lots of these:

They are deleting posts. If I hadn't said I would step back - I would recommend that the others in the thread that complained about other problems with dipshit make their own threads in the feedback section.

These vendors need to be held accountable.

I am the one deleting the threads Mark, Everyone has been told to stay out of it until Clay and Brian resolve this and rather than ban someone I'm killing their posts off. I'm not doing this because I'm mean or on anyone's side, but it's just like a cop at a domestic situation. Those that get involved are looking to aggravate a situation and get in a dig, whether it's for Brian or Clay. If this was in the projects the paddy wagon would be called and people would be arrested for inciting to riot. :068:  This has just about gotten me fed up to the point of leaving the boards in general because of the way the vultures are trying to get a shot in. :013:

Thanks Clay.  I'm just tired of the vultures and BS that want to get a shot in rather than let the 2 of you work this out. :013:

Charlie,   for God sakes, stop deleting post.  I love you and all, but you take this mod crap way to serious.
Clay waited years before he even decided to post his experiance with gbody.  If its a public forum, even with a feedback section.... they should be allowed to dispute publicly if they decide.  Nobody is forcing either one to post in that thread.
And unless Clay ask nobody else intervene on his thread but Brian, people should respect that.  Otherwise, members should be able to air their opinions.
If the owner of the site decides he doesn't want anybody commenting in a thread on his public forum, he can delete/lock/or prevent anybody but the two involved to post in it

Shane's already said keep the hell out and I have said the same thing Aaron. It's between Clay and Brian to resolve this but there will be another thread started soon to hopefully help Clay out. That's all I'm going to say at the moment but this may help to get him back in another Regal.

I will bet he had no insurance.

Even if he does have insurance.
I wouldn't even turn it in.....he has the parts to repair it. Man up. Sometimes the price of business sucks but has to be paid.
