Finally had a chance to look into it.
 
Shocks seem fine, as in bounce car test. Get car back corner really going up and down and as soon as you stop bouncing it, it goes down once and comes up to a rest. verdict..shock s fine
 
Did what Steve W suggested and put Hellwig bar in shortest hole and took it for a spin ( pun intended ) and HUGE improvement, can perceive no hop while driving. Get out and look, in a 15yard spin you can see in the mark that there still is some dotted line effect but more of a darker then lighter constant mark. Not the six inch mark then nothing then another six inch mark. The mark is pretty constant across the tire and equal in lenght so i think its as good as I'm going to get it.

when you want the car to ride and handle better...save your money and put some Bilsteins on it.  KYB's are cheap and better than gasamatics and such that are dead in six months of driving, but, they are very stiff in one direction as compared to the other and have always provided more compliance with the road surface for me.

BTW, are you running stock springs on the car?

Unless you know exactly how old the shocks are, I wouldn't trust them. Mine passed that "test" too, but one wouldn't rebound on it's own.

So your swaybar is on the stiffest setting now and eliminated the hop? I bought the Hellwig bar per yours and Steves advice from my older post. I also got some solid lower control arms and new cheap shocks. I test launched my car and got a little wheelhop once out of 5 times. I know the bar helps because I dont burn tires in second gear anymore. Not trying to hijack your post, just wonder if stiffest setting is best for traction before I adjust bar again.

it increases the load on the passenger rear tire upon launch.  Normally, I would not expect it to hop on the middle setting, but?
