I am offering to serve as your personal alarm clock/ assistaint for a term of 10 days (30, 60, 90, 120, and 180 day terms available). This service is available to any race or age group to be utilized in their homes or while traveling.
This live-in service awakens you in whatever method you find most pleasing. I am your second hand with your home chores and household tasks(excepted from cleaning, or any thing in that nature).Pictures displayed are guaranteed accurate and recent. Satisfaction Guaranteed

Terms:
Purchase price must be paid in full before services are rendered
Payment to be made by bank transfer (details to be discussed at auction close) within 3 days of auction close
Term can be scheduled up to 180 days from auctions close
Term can be scheduled in a single a ten day block, two five day blocks, or three three day blocks
Buyer must provide Seller at least 20 days notice for beginning of service term or change in service term dates
Offer valid in the United States only
If travel is required during the service term accepted destinations are North America, Caribbean, Europe, and Western Asia. Excluded destinations include any region currently experiencing open military conflict or destinations where the United States State Department advises American citizens not to travel.
All travel expenses to be provided by Buyer
Identity of Buyer is completely confidential but must be confirmed for security of Seller
Personal Service contract to be executed by Seller and Buyer prior to commencement of service term, all lawyers' fees included in the purchase price.
