well I still cant move it... so the doc put me on steriods, I guess I should start lifting harder.

he injected me with steriods and novacan in the knee today and it hurt like hell.. the needle was huge and there was tons of fluid he pumped into the knee.

Probably not that kind of steroids. Hope it does the trick for you.

True, the shot in the knee is not the same... but I have oral steriods that I am taking and it is the same... although low dosage...

They may not let him swim for about a month, until
the stitches have fully healed. But after that, it would be an excellent
form of low impact excercise.
