ok found a set on injs in the trunk of the t
there are no numbers on them
there black on top an gray on bottom
any ideas?

http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/pictureguides/injectors/injectors.html  has pictures of injectors.  Check it out and see if any match up.

I think it's more than $100 (plus shipping X2), then the impossible nightmare of getting a chip that works with unknown injectors (plus shipping X1) that may or may not be big enough to even work with a stocker.

....but then again, what do I know, I need to shut the Q@#@# up! These engines hold up just fine when a cyl or two goes lean at WOT.

That well might be what they are-I went out and looked at one and it looks like that pic

I have not had any luck with old injectors that have been sitting out of use for much time, but, a cleaning would verify if they come in around 50# at 43.5 psi of fuel pressure.....o r if they work...

That's not very constructive Steve!  The chip burner might want to know what they flow at other pressures too. The might be nonlinear like those 009s....

....or a couple hundred clams later they could flow 18#'s   :icon_lol:

The beauty of the 50's was that they flowed parallel to the stock chip so any Tom, Dick, or Harriet could change the injector constant and claim to be a chip burner....
