Thanks for the help. I set the afr to 11.5 and runs much better.
I'll start increasing the boost to get some more power to the gnd.

yes, but when you add boost, it will obviously run leaner...so I was suggesting you leave it rich and let the boost bring you into line

The programmed closed loop AFR is 11.5. If I add boost why would this change?
The chip is supposed to add fuel to keep 11.5 constant.

You are right...I forgot it was in closed loop...but, still, when the boost gets to 20 psi, I would set something closer to 11-1 to give myself a margin for error until I found what I can run for a given boost
I believe in caution before a new engine
