check Rock Auto and see if that is the one they are showing under exhaust bracket

This too. That's what m233roller does, I think. uses SS bolts to attach to refurbished brackets.

I don't think these are available anywhere - at least not Rock Auto. I checked, but I may be wrong.

the one on rock looked like the cat hanger to me...had ten in stock

I no longer remember what any of the others hangers on the stock system looked like, tho
