Point being David this Bio fuel for 15,000 to 65,000 ton US Naval ships is another Loonie Leftie idea. Straight out of the Flower Power culture.

Hey Harper just signed a bill to pay out SIX BILLION in Severance for people NOT losing their Govt Jobs & they dont even transfer jobs but basically just keep the same jobs they have & get on average $40K up to max $150K payout PLUS they still keep that Golden Lifetime Pension thats mors than most people even make now working!!
He did mention we will save $500 Million a Year but I still fail to see the reasoning except an election?? How does 500 Mil a year = Six Billion?
